Prof. Dr. Sathiaseelan Subramaniam is the founder and principle trainer of Paradigm Mind Science Consultancy. He did his tertiary education in Diploma in Industrial Electronics Engineering and in 1998 completed his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He has then pursued his higher level of education in Masters of Business Administration. He also furthered his correspondence studies in Masters of Science in Information Technology Management.

In 2005, He was awarded as "BEST STUDENT" for his Doctorate degree in Business Administration by Cambridge International University U.S.A. Therefore, he has wide spectrum of management skills across many disciplines. Dr Sathiaseelan AS, then continues by earning Professional Certifications in Metaphysics, Management and Brain Learning Techniques.

He started his career as a technician and was later promoted to a Supervisor at Motorola

(M) Sdn. Bhd. As he wanted to explore his skills and knowledge in the fields of business and education, he joined a construction firm as an Administrative Executive. After a short stint, he resumes his career at College Academy Bintang Sdn. Bhd. To gain new experience he joined The school of Business and Information Technology as Administrative Manager. Prior to this, he was lecturing in business related studies at the same college and other private universities.

Apart from gaining vast experience and achieving success in his academic ventures, Dr Sathiaseelan AS has proudly authored a Tamil poetry book called "ORU KAVINYAN URU VAAGIRAN" which means "An Emerging Poet" at the age of 20 and was honoured the award of "The Malaysian Youngest Poet" by then Works Minister and President of Malaysian Indian Congress Y.B. Tun (Dr) S. Samy Vellu. He was also an editor and contibutor for an education magazine called "Junior Statesmen" in 2005.

Dr Sathiaseelan AS was also invited on numerous occasion as a guest for forums and talks shows by "Minnal FM" radio station, hosted TV talk shows on "Astra Vaanavil" and "Varnam Mitv". He started to engage the corporate world when there was a need of his services which led him to training and consultancy thus, establishing his professionalism in personal & organization advancement and leadership skills.

For his efforts and contribution, he was awarded the " OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT AWARD in TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT " by CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY and UNIVERSITY OF MALAYA.
